Question
1.5g sat fat per 2 tab of IMHEALTHY peanut butter,is that really, really unhealthy?

Answer
Dear Larry,

I'm of the theory that "There are no bad foods...only bad diets".  What really matters is how much of the peanut butter you are eating, how often, and what else you are eating. It also depends on whether or not you have conditions that warrant limiting your saturated fat intake.

I have 3 jars of peanut butter in my pantry right now and they all have more than 1.5 grams of saturated fat per 2 Tablespoon serving.  But I eat it, and I eat it in moderation, and I eat other foods in moderation.

If you are eating peanut butter by the spoonful while sitting around in the afternoons, it certainly wouldn't be good for you.  If this is your protein source at breakfast instead of bacon and eggs, it's a much better option!

You have to take into account what else is in your diet and how healthy your lifestyle.  I certainly would not call this unhealthy, even with one "really"!
