I am a 16 years old girl,and I am really unhappy with my shape and how my outfits look on me.
I need a diet program to help me lose 10 Kg's in 14 days .

Dear Maria, I know of no diet program where you could lose that amount of weight in that little time. The standard for healthy weight loss is about 2 pounds per week, or 1 kg per week. To do this you would have to eat about 1500 calories per day and walk for at least 30 minutes per day. If you exercise more, you could lose more weight, but don't starve yourself to lose weight.
