proper diet for horseback riders

Question
hello. my age is 20, weight is 55kgs and height is 5ft 5inches. i'm planning to learn horseback riding. but its said that i need to be light weight itseems. even i want to become a racehorse trainer. can you please suggest what diet should i take for learning horseback riding?

Answer
Hello Rohit,
I'm not an expert in horse training; I do know that jockeys must be quite small, preferably under 50 kg, and there are many instances of eating disorders among them to try to maintain their weight, just as there is in the modeling industry. Usually they tend to be much shorter in stature than you are in order to keep such a low body weight.
For you to lose weight below what you are currently would not be in  your best health interest.
I would suggest findig more details from racehorse associations regarding how to proceed with your passion of horses while maintaining your natural size.
