Vegetarian Diabetic Diet

Question
What fruits and vegetables must I avoid?

Answer
JoAnn that's hard to say but defiantly things high in simple sugars and starches banana, potato, carrot, rice, breads, grains, etc.

Your picking a pretty unhealthy ay to eat for not only a healthy person but more so a diabetic. I would rethink this and try and get a healthy relationship with the foods humans are meant to eat, fats, protien, seasonal veggies and fruits, very limited grains etc.
