Is what I am eating reasonable?

Question
Hi.  I am a 32yo female, 5'7", 153lbs.  My goal weight is 132lbs and I am trying to get there by eating around 1500 calories per day.  I eat every 1.5 to two hours but still feel hungry.  What could I do differently?  Here is an example of my daily intake:
0700 - Flaxseed&Cranberry Oatmeal - 150cal
0830 - YoPlus light - 70cal
1000 - "Eating Right" Granola Bar - 100cal
1130 - Turkey&low fat cheese sandwich - 222cal
1300 - carrots&hummus - 95cal
1430 - 5 Grain Wheat Thins - 120cal
1600 - Nabisco Snack Pack - 100cal
1730 - Chicken, Ramen, Broccoli - 520
1800 - Skinny Cow - 150

Answer
Hi Jennifer,

This looks like a fabulous diet!  You might consider having a fruit when you're hungry, since I see few fruits on your diet plan. Also keep in mind that the reason this diet will be successful is because you are eating fewer calories than your body needs. This means your body will be wanting more and will signal HUNGER! You may experience a slight discomfort as you adjust to this calorie level, but it's nothing serious, and it will be well worth it! You might find that drinking a glass of water, going for a walk, or chewing gum will all serve as good distractions and help ward off the hunger until the next meal.
