Red beans, sweet corn, and dieting

Question
I am on dieting and doing regular exercise in a gym for weight loss. I need to know about calorie contents of "Red beans" and "sweet corn", Can they be used during a weight loss session?

Answer
Suleman,

Calorie content is best to check on the food's label. Using a food do not depends on what kind of dieting you on. If you only count calories, than just add them to the rest of your daily calorie budget. If you are on a low fat diet, these two foods are low in fat. If you are on a low carb diet, they are too high in fat, at least in the beginning of such a diet.
