Muscle gain

Question
Hello!
So I am dumbfounded 14 and I am trying to start working on building muscle. Right now I am like 105.  Whenever I start researching health I find myself hitting my head on the keyboard.  I am a vegetarian but I am willing to have fish.  What diet would you think would be good for me to follow? What do you think of the green diet? I do belong to a gym and go two times a week. I also workout at my home with my weight bench. I have checked out books at my library, one book says one thing and the other books says the exact opposite.
I am writing a lot of people to get a lot of tips and a lot of different points of view.
Also, are there any exercises you would suggest?

Thanks so much for your time- I really appreciate it.
