i hate my body

Question
"""Hi Richard. sorry to bother you. i have a question about my body. i weight 155 pounds. 5 foot 7 inches tall. i like my weight. i dont want to weigh more or less than 155 pounds. the problem is i dont like the way my body looks. i want more muscle. not alot of muscle but more muscle than fat. but to get muscle you have to gain weight. i dont want to gain weight. i want to stay at 155 pounds. do you know what i could do to put on muscle and burn fat. people say you cant burn fat and gain muscle at the same time, but that cant be true. ive started doing this "Spartacus Workout" do you think if i did that and maintained my weight that i could put on a little muscle and burn some fat. i also do some weights with my arms too. the whole point is, i hate my body but i like my weight at 155 pounds. how can i get my body into shape without losing or gaining weight. i want to stay at 155 pounds, but i want to look fit. is there any way i could transform my body? thank you for your help. God Bless."""

Answer
First of all, why do you care so much about what the scale says? If you look good, what difference does it make if you are 140 or 160 pounds?

Muscle is more dense than fat. Therefore if you work out and build muscle, and lose fat, you will look better and feel better.

Is it possible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? Sure. If you add some serious strength training to your workouts, you will build and strengthen your muscles. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body will burn even at rest. The net result is you'll lose FAT, but you might not lose WEIGHT.

Again, don't worry about what the SCALE says. Your WEIGHT in pounds is not the best indicator of your overall fitness. I would rather be 220 pounds and muscular versus 180 pounds and "skinny."
