Ketogenic Diet

Question
Hello,
I have a couple of questions regarding the Banta/ketogenic diet.
If one does not want to do the diet for weight loss, and does a lot of exercise, what is the best way to insure either a steady or even anabolic state (I wouldn't mind gaining 5 or more lbs of muscle)? I definitely don't want lose weight.
I want to experiment and see if it helps with narcolepsy...among other things. I'm also interested in the possible mood elevating/alertness benefits that may occur. How long does it usually take (estimate) to change over to fat burning?
I also didn't see on the Banta site where to click "Start" as you mentioned in a previous reply. Thank you very much!
Best,
Blue
PS: the spellchecker suggested I change 'ketogenic' for 'estrogenic' haha

Answer
Dear Blue,

Easy answers first. It used to be "start" on Banta, now it's "Your daily plans" - but you might want to skip it, it's for the initiating lipolysis - it's an analog of Fat fast. Contact me using the form linked to from the day 7. You'll have chance to gain some muscle. My spellchecker does the same thing though I'm trying to make it "learn" ;)

Now, about the alertness, sense of well being, and perceived energy level elevation. You might want to read these articles:
