Weight Fluctuating

Question
Hello,
I have heard that your weight can fluctuate up to 2 pounds in one day. Is that true? I am 2 pounds heavier then I was just yesterday. I ate the same way I always do (healthy) and even exercised more then normal. Is there a reason why I would weigh more? Thank you!

Answer
First, relax, worrying will lower your metabolism.

Lots of things are going on inside and out, it is recommended to weigh in once a week, same time, first thing in the morning. Well, second thing, empty our first. Look at a pattern over a month.
