Acid reflux when running

Question
Hi!

I'm not sure is this the right place to ask this kind of question, but anyway! I
have somekind of acid reflux problem when i'm playing floorball (if you don't
know the sport, there is lot of running, fast turns and sprints) Today i ate 2,5
hours before the training and i took an acid reflux tablet but the acid reflux
didn't start until when i played. (i ate ground meat sauce)

There is no acid liquid coming to my mouth but i feel anxiety in my throat and
it feels like there would come a burp but it isn't.

I'm 22years old man

Thanks!

Answer
Hi Joe,

2 tips:

I could eat breakfast then run for 4 miles IF I took a full 15 minutes to warm up - walk, walk faster, faster, trot, walk fast, trot, slow run, and so on.

Eat quality carbs, eat protein, but not at the same time. Please see http://www.premiumfuel.com for explanation of how proteins are digested by acids, carbs by alkalies and they do not get along, let them take turns by 2-4 hours.
