Effects of exercise

Question
Hi, I wanted to know why when I exercised and pushed myself hard  I was physically sick? I struggled breathing because of vomiting and my chest just went into what felt like a double knot. I don't know if it was just because I over did it? Do you know why this would happened?
Also if you exercise regularly (daily) and stop for a couple of days how quickly does the muscle turn to fat?

Answer
Hi,

You are pushing yourself too heard. You may have eaten too close to working out as well.

Muscle does not turn to fat, muscle just decreases in size. If you stop working out after a few days, nothing much will happpen if you have been working out frequently for a long period of time.

Thanks.
