Question
QUESTION: which form of black olives are most benificial?fresh, dry, caned, or boteled? are these forms have same nutritinal value?

ANSWER: It depends on what you consider "beneficial". There are many varieties of olive oil, but all of them have olive oil, which is probably what you're looking for. Some of them are quite high in sodium so if you need to watch your salt intake you have to limit them; dried ones will be higher in calories.

Answer
Samina,

To my knowledge there is no reduction in nutrition merely from placing a food in a jar or can ;)
Only a few minerals have mandatory listing on food labels (calcium and iron) so you won't find them there. Check the USDA nutrient data base at http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/.
Enter olives and all types will come up for you to compare their nutrient content!
