Desserts, willpower, and macronutrient ratios

Question
I am a 46 years old man living in Venezuela. 1.93 tall and 120 kg. I used to eat 3 times a day taking a dessert each meal and I keep my weight always in 120 kg. Do you think that if I quit taking these desserts without doing anything else I will lose weight?
Thank you

Answer
Dear Aurax,

If you need a simple question, it's a yes. However, chances are high that you'll start overeating other foods. So, it'll be all about willpower. The only way around is to watch what you eat other than desserts. If you cut down on all carbohydrates, even not sweet-tasting, limit your protein intake but increase intake of essential fats with fish, nuts, oils, avocados, coconuts, etc., your craving for sweets will disappear.

To know precisely how to combine those nutrients and why, take a look at http://bantadiet.com and aks me any further questions.
