Question
I am having B12 deficiency & i am having numbness in my legs. I am a pure vegetarian & would like to know what a vegetarian like me should take to overcome my B12 deficeincy.

Please help me know more regarding this.

Answer
We Just touched on this a bit in a radio show with Colleague and long time vegan Robert DosRemedios you should have a listen

http://www.ironradio.org/Audio/53IronRadio_Robert_DosRemedios_Vegetarian_Lifting...

Dr. Lowery touches on the importance of B12 and how vegetarians can mask most of the side effects but still the nerve damage can occur over the long term which is NOT good!!

Your going to have to supplemtn since you choose not to have a complete diet. Non-animal sources include Red Star Vegetarian Support Formula or T-6635+ nutritional yeast

For more info you should join our free discussion forum, you will get lots of great advice and discussion there www.teamstaley.com start a training log. We can help with training, diet and then give advice on supplementation.
