Question
Hello,

I really enjoying one to two glasses of wine per day. However, I am a bit puzzled by the marking on the label "contains sulphites". Are sulphites harmful for health after long term use?

Thank you

Answer
The warning on the label is for people who have a reaction to sulfites. Some people get severe headaches or other symptoms and red wine is known to be a trigger-food in many cases. This blog article explains it very well http://wineintro.com/glossary/s/sulfites.html
You don't have to worry about it at all if you've been drinking the wine with no problem!
