Question
I know i'm not big, but I prefer my upper half then to my lower half, i'm needing a list of foods or products that i am to stay away from if i am to lose any weight at all, I haven't tried before, but trying to put a lot of effort into it. What exercises help to tone the thighs and how to lose weight on the bottom.
( and if you know anything about how to whiten teeth naturally or how to increase height naturally please add that =)

You can't lose fat just in one area of the body. Sure, you can strengthen those muscles with target exercises, but fat comes off of the WHOLE BODY evenly. I get this question from men all the time with regards to belly fat.

I get asked this question all the time.  The bottom line is: you can't spot reduce belly fat.  Just like you can't drain the deep end of a pool first, you can't reduce belly fat until all of the rest of the fat is off your body.
