Chicken breast nutritional information

Question
Hey I'm writing up my diet plan for summer weight training. I'm trying to determine the nutritional values of a chicken breast, roasted, boneless with skin. The facts I have so far per 100G are 29.8G protein, 0G carbs, and 7.78G of fat. Some questions I have is are these nutritional facts correct? Is the 100G the weight of the meat before or after baking? Thanks, you're help would be very appreciated.

Answer
That depends on the database you are looking it up on if its cooked or not cooked it should tell you in fine print. There are 100's of those database if your doesnt say find one that does.

#2 yes they seem about right for that cut of meat.

I would ask unless you are a professional very already large body builder looking to diet down for a contest why the heck are you being so anal in your food prep. Its an unneeded stress for 99.9% of the world looking to gain a lot of muscle and get lean. You simply need to eat a lot of good food and train hard. Save this wasted energy for your training and recovery.

Ive been there believe me, you will get better results if you simply make things simple and DO IT!! and have fun.
