Hair loss: nutrition and more

Question
It seems all the nutritional experts on this site are all weight-loss oriented. I actually had a question about hair loss. I know eating well cannot fight heredity, but I want to assume it's possible I've been losing some hair because my body doesn't have all the proteins or whatever it needs to keep my scalp healthy. Any suggestions?

Answer
Dear James,

1. Experts list their strong sides in their profiles. In my profile, for example, the weight loss is absent whatsoever. The questions are the different story and they reflect the visitors' orientation. They ask, we do our best to answer.

2. I answered practically the same question here

3. If you can be interested in other aspects of hair health, you might want to read my article:

The gut-brain-skin axis and probiotics: "The gut-brain-skin axis is thought to be responsible also for the stress challenge that, if not managed, can cause skin inflammation and the hair growth inhibition."
