Low fat, low calorie dieting: is there a success?

Question
hello,

i am 26 year old married woman. my weight is 130LB.
my big concern is i have been trying to loose weight, but no success.

i workout every day 7 times in a week.
in a weekdays i do 1 and half hour of cardio workout like 1 our high hill walking and half in our steppers exercise. some times 1 and half hour spinning class with half and hour weight lifting exercise , including all i workout around 2 hour everyday.
in weekend i walk around 7 to 8 miles in 2 hours.

but no success ..

my eating habit is follow.

weekdays

morning i eat one grapefruit with one and half cup fatfree milk coffee.

i workout most of time at lunch hour . so before i got for my work out i eat one granny smith apple or half full nuts.

after work out i eat 2 cups of water Malone or some times carrots and celery salad with vinegar dressing.

at dinner i eat one and half one fat free milk plan yogurt,2 cups any sugar free cereals , one cups cooked broccoli, and one cup beans.

and in weekend i do give little break from my diet, but not much.

overall i eat 1400 to 1500 calorie everyday with 40 to 45 gram protein.

please give me some advice to loose weight and tone my body.

Thanks,
Supriya

Answer
Dear Supriya,

I would need to know more about yourself to give you an individualized advice:

Your height
Body fat percent
Body type (hip-to-waist ratio)
Cravings/hunger
Do you steadily increase the intensity or both aerobics and strength exercises?

But even before I know all of this, I can guess that, since you fail on your low-fat, low-calorie plan, you need to change it radically and go on low-carb, higher-fat, sufficient calorie plan.

Take a look at http;//bantadiet.com to figure out the basics of such a plan and try it (it's free) if it does make sense.
