if i only eat one meal a day can and will i lose wieght,and how long would it take me to start losing? Answer quickly please!

No you will slow your metabolic rate down to a crawl and you will probably gain weight. Your body knowing that it only gets fed once a day, will react by shutting itself down and you will begin to get sick. Starvation diets do not work they only hurt your progress. You should be planning a diet that allows you to lose between 1 and 2 pounds per week. You need to check with your doctor to see what your current BMI is along with your RMR( Resting metabolic rate) and also need to check to see what your body fat is in order to set up a plan to determine how much weight you actually need to lose.
