Hi ;
My name is parsa and I'm 25 years old boy .
Now I'm 60kg and I'm 175cm tall....
I need to increase my weight about 10kg in a very short time...maybe less than a month ;
I don't have any time to go for some sports such as bodybuilding or so....
would you please tell me any medicine , pill or injection or I don't know, any way for reaching too that weight?!
its really important for me... I really need your help...

Hello and thank you for your question.
I'm afraid gaining weight quickly is as impossible as losing it quickly...the most you can physically gain would be limited to about 4 kg in a month.  I wonder, when you say you have no time for body-building, what you expect this weight gain to look like? If you just eat and eat and eat you'll ultimately gain fat weight, which isn't likely to have you satisfied with the results.

There are no pills, herbs, supplements, or injections that put weight on.

Eating an additional 500 calories per day will help you gain about 1/2 kg per week. Many people find this easier to do with something like a milkshake instead of having to eat another full meal. There are also supplements available that can provide you with these calories, such as shakes and bars. But you'll need to figure out a way to eat or drink these extra calories in order to gain the weight.
