blueberries

Question
I'm 43 yrs old now. My mind is a little foggy so I joined a gym yesterday and bought some blueberries for my memory. How many blueberries should I eat on a daily basis? Also, I purchased a HUGE container from Cosco. Can I freeze the blueberries to eat as needed or will freezing them zap them of their nutrients. Thank you!

Answer
Until now, however, there had been little scientific work aimed at testing the effect of blueberry supplementation on memory in people. There are some tests being conducted though. We do know that they are a great food to eat for their antioxidants.

Putting them in the freezer will help to preserve them and their nutriants. As for serving size between a 1/2 cup and one cup is ok.A little foggy may be not enough rest or to much stress. You may need to get a physical to get checked out for any abnormalities.I would say buy organic Blueberries for the best results and I myself have them daily with my breakfast.
