energy levels

Question
Hi, I am a 20 year old male student and I was hoping you could advise me with regard to an eating plan to increase my energy. I don't have time to cook and can't afford campus lunch. I am constantly fatigued. I run 15km every evening. Please advise me as to what foods I should eat and when. Thank you for your time

Answer
15k is a great run, but it takes a toll if you do it everyday. Your nutrition levels need to adjusted according to your height and weight. If you would like I will send you a break down of your complete nutritional needs. I require your weight and height in order to do this. I would include how much other activity you are doing be sides the running, including walking to school or any other activity that would cause you to burn calories. As soon as I receive this I will break it down for you.

Till Then Thanks
