Question
Hello, Richard Rost

I was wondering if I can maintain my weight if, as an example, eat pizza everyday and burn the same amount of calories/fat I've consumed.

Is that possible?

Thanks,

Regards,

Jay K.

Answer
It's possible to maintain the same WEIGHT which is just a function of calories in vs. calories out. However, you also have to look at the QUALITY of the calories you're eating. You should be more concerned with your overall HEALTH, not just your weight. I'd rather be a few pounds heavier and HEALTHY than thin and malnourished. If you eat nothing but pizza, you're getting a lot of junk calories (lots of saturated fat and bad carbs).
