Losing Weight (5-10 lbs)

Question
Hello =)

I am a 20 year old college student. I am about 5'6 and about (guessing) anywhere from 145-150 lbs. I really want to lose 5-10 lbs. I have atleast an hour a day to contribute to excercise and I dont have any equipment though I use my school's health center to walk the tredmill (because I get tired too easily to run). I usually power walk. As for my diet, I kind of just eat what I can afford at the time but usually nothing horrible. I eat Ramen, I have ALOT of meat in my diet (chicken (mostly white meat), chrimp, hamburger), fruit and pasta. If I go out to eat it's usually always something not too fatening like Chipotle.

I am finding it REALLY hard to reach my goal. What do I need to do? Or what am I doing wrong?

Answer
Well the answer to your question is simple, You need to maintain some sort of continuity in your diet and exercise in order to see results. Diet is key to losing that extra weight you want to get rid of. Exercise can take you over the hump in how you would like your body to look.Ramen will not cut it and is loaded with sodium. You should shoot for 5 healthy small meals per day.
