Feeling queasy

Question
Dr
After about a week on a low calorie, low fat diet, with exercise, my body is finally beginning to give up some fat.
The problem is I am now feeling a bit nauseous, especially if I start exercising-so I have to stop.
I dont think its a cold or flu-I had my shot.
The only other time I felt this way was when I had food poisoning.
Is it my liver reacting to giving up fat stores maybe? I dont think its my blood sugar and I dont have any other issues.
Thanks for your thoughts.

Answer
There are several reasons why you may be feeling feeling queasy.  Eating
late at night and then working out the next day when you have partially
digested food in your stomach.  Changes in body temperature through not
warming up properly can also make you feel sick.   If you changed your
normal diet it may be that you are dehydrated from consuming high fibre.
Also drinking too much water can affect sodium levels and make you feel
sick.  Take care not to loose too much fat too quickly.  Most toxins are
fat soluble and if released too quickly by fast weight loss can can also
make your feel both queasy and fatigued.
