Skipping breakfasts, intermittent fasting, intermittent ketosis

Question
Hi, I am 21 years old. I currently weigh 85 kg and i used to weight train extensively. Currently i suffer from nagging injuries and have decided to take a long break( around 1 year). Recently i came across a book which stated that morning meal is supposed to be skipped and that a man must consume only one meal per day in the evening after which the body rests and reparation occurs. It says that 3 meals a day or rather, 5-6 smaller meals a day(as propagated by many nutritionists) only loads the stomach and pancreas more. It also says that the morning meal will trigger parasympathetic nervous system making us lethargic; whereas we need to be alert and brisk in the morning and afternoon for working properly. Now....the thing is that i gave it a try for a week and i felt really good. I had only lunch and dinner and completely skipped breakfast. I never felt hungry and never felt tired. All these years, i have never felt hunger in the mornings and always felt sleepy after a heavy breakfast. But i was surprised to see how skipping breakfast made me feel better and lighter. Please give me your views on this.
Thanks a lot

Answer
Hello,

It would help if you gave me the book's title but apparently this is all about the intermittent fasting idea, which always made a good sense to me, read, for example my article about skipping breakfasts:

Or, about a different approach to intermittent ketosis:
