Hi Cari I gained weight after my son was born.My weight was before 65kg but now my weight is near 90 or 100 kg. I try to control what i eat but as i am a working women a mother and a wife it is very difficult to maintaine both things at the same time.My age is 30 now.I do not do any kind of excersie.I am clueles where to start.What kind of food to start with.Plz help me ......
