Greens to Go: to juice or NOT to juice

Question
I drink Greens to Go 2-3 times a day because I have little time to buy or eat fresh fruit and vegetables as much as I would like.  However, I do make an effort to eat them, but the Greens to Go are just a supplement to my diet.  Greens to Go is a product containing 5-7 servings of organic fruits and vegetables that you can mix with water and drink.  I have it with lunch and dinner.  I know that I may not get as much fiber, but what are the side effects or downsides of drinking my fruits and veggies?  How will this affect me?  Isn't it good I'm getting so many antioxidants in one drink?

Answer
Hello,

From this brand's label is evident that one serving offers a substantial coverage of only two nutrients out of the listed seven. I recommend that you read a good article about juicing: "To juice or NOT to juice卼hat is the question."
