Habitually eating little: how to lose weight?

Question
Hello,
I'm 30 years old female who need to lose 10 kg (in a reasonable time period-6 months). My problem is that I already eat very little. I rarely have breakfast, for lunch I always eat some home cooked meals (average portion-250g), and I usually don't eat dinner either. But sometimes when I do have dinner I eat a lot(e.g. I can eat half a bread).I have never practiced any diets. I'm not found of exercise. I don't lead a particularly active life, but I try to go by foot most of the time. I'm hoping you'll have an advice and answer to this basically simple question, what should I do to achieve my goal of losing the weight in a natural and healthy manner?
Thank you

Answer
Hello,

First of all why do you need to lose weight? Asking because, since you eat so little, you might want to assess your body composition. Is it your fat you want to lose, how much of it do you really have? Depending you results of this assessment, there can be completely different answers to your question. Please go to http://bantadiet.com and to the day 1 plan. Download calculators and do the body fat and fitness tests. You might want to go to the day 2, etc. if you like what you see. It's completely free.

Don't hesitate asking me questions that may occur in the course of your reading.
