Iron needs, deficiencies and supplements

First of all, thank you very much for volunteering on this site!

I have a very low iron level.   (I eat an iron rich diet but I may have some absorption issues).   

I抎 like to find the best but lowest dose iron supplement there is on the market.   Any suggestions?
