My height 154cm & my weight 72kg. i will do yoga for 1hr in the morning and will have a glass of warm water mixed with honey and lemon juice. After 30 mins i will have break fast.My lunch is normal. At night i use to eat completely raw vegetables (carrot, beetroot, cucumber, tomato. My question is eating completely raw vegetables during night is harmful to my health? May result in decrease in immunity power? Please give me suggestion as early as possible.

Answer
Hi Navya,

There is absolutely nothing wrong with eating most vegetables raw (including the ones you  mentioned) if you have a normal working digestive system.
It does not matter what time of day you eat them, or whether you eat them on an empty stomach or not.
Be aware that a sudden change in fiber content in your diet may change your bowel habits and you may notice more gas or larger stools as you eat more fiber.
But if there is any effect of raw vegetables on your immune system it would be to improve it!
