Asian Diet

Question
Hello,

You mentioned that Asian diets are healthy.  Kindly enlighten me on how healthy is it?  I see them use a lot of oils and heavy sauces, aside from soy sauce. Having an Asian meal makes me extremely full although it was a basic stir fry!

Is it the oils? or fish, ginger... or maybe green tea?

Answer
Hi Lina,
The beauty of Asian diet is that they keep you full with less calories & fat compare to Western diet because it's rich in fiber.

Fish is a great meat substitute because it's rich in protein but low in calories & fat. Ginger & green tea have antioxidant properties that's beneficial for the body.
