No, this is a new one on me.

If you have blood sugar problems, the best thing you can do is keep a detailed food log as well As a log of your blood sugars.  Everyone reacts differently depending on their individual reaction to each food, what else they've eaten recently , exercise etc.

Candy bars actually cause a slower rise in blood sugar because of their high fat content. But that doesn't mean candy bars are good for you any more than it means whole wheat bread is bad for you!
