abdominal fat loss

Question
hello Richard,
I am male, 25 years old with 5-ft 5-in height and 135-lbs of weight.
I want to loose extra fats around by abdomen and chest.
I had very moderate diet, I started going for jogging regularly since last month and because of that I had lost about 8-lbs. But still not much reduction in fat around abdomen, Can you tell me some simple exercises by which I can loose the extra fat.

Answer
You can't SPOT-REDUCE fat on specific parts of your body. It either ALL comes off, or it doesn't. Just like you can't drain the deep end of a pool first, you can't take fat off your tummy first. It's usually the FIRST place to get fat, and the LAST place to lose it.

Keep up with your exercise: get cardio AND strength training. Eat right. Watch your calories. See my web site for the particulars. http://www.RicksWeightLoss.com
