Question
I am 31 years old now, and in the last 3 or so years I have really started to have less good hand-eye coordination and my reacting times when driving have been too slow in my opinion. Are there certain foods that are especially good when it comes to speeding a person's reactions up? I feel much older than I ever expected someone my age would feel when I was still in my 20's. I feel prone to drive as poorly as people twice my age.

Answer
Hi James,

Sorry to hear what's been going on with you. There aren't any foods to increase your reaction time or hand-eye coordination. There are some vitamin deficiencies that would affect physiological functions, though. Please consider a visit to your physician to let him know the problems you're having. He might find an answer and a solution!
Good Luck,
Laurie
