Sick and Tired of being Sick and Tired!

Question
Hi I am a 19 year old female and I am obese. I got teased ALOT when I was in school and went through depression and everything you can think of. I'm finally in college and I have gotten to the point where I'm just plain tired of being fat. I've been doing "diets" since I was about 7 years old and I don't want a diet anymore I want a lifestyle change! I weigh close to 300 lbs. (275 to be exact) and I'm tired of being the odd ball out of most of my friends. I am in college, i live on campus and am a nursing major (goal is to be an anesthesiologist nurse) please please please suggest way for me to start my lifestyle change.

Answer
I feel your pain. I was in a very similar situation. You just have to make the decision to start eating healthy, eating fewer calories, and get your body moving. Start small and improve something every day. You can read about all of the specifics (what to eat, how to exercise, etc.) on my web site: http://www.RicksWeightLoss.com
