Fat loss

Question
Hi..i m 29 years old..height 5 feet..weight ..52 kg..i have fat tyers in my stomach area..what diet should be taken to remove that

Answer
Hi Ruchi,

First of all, you are at a healthy weight for your height. I presume you are more concerned about the appearance of your abdominal area. There really isn't any way to remove body fat at a specific location--also known as spot reducing. Exercising may improve the way you carry yourself and give the impression your belly is more flat.
As for a healthy diet, the site www.choosemyplate.gov has lots of information and guidelines for a healthy diet, along with calorie needs. To lose weight, consume a diet with 200-300 fewer daily calories than you need, and any excess weight will come off--just give it some time.

Good Luck!
Laurie
