Body fat calculator

Question
I submitted my measurements/weight into a couple of online body fat calculators to see what they said, and according to them I am over weight. I am 5 feet 2 inches tall, 101 pounds. I don't think my body fat should be reading that high. Is this accurate?

Answer
Hi Shana,

At 5 feet 2 inches tall and 101 pounds you are most definitely NOT overweight!

I'm not sure what you mean by body fat calculator. You can submit your numbers here to have your BMI calculated http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm.

Depending on the site you used, they may have asked for your weight in kilograms. If you entered 101 for kilograms that's over 200 pounds and they are correctly calculating that would be overweight for you!
