Am not losing weight at all

Question
Hi, thanks for your time,
I have been exercising for the last 6 months, I start walking and joggin uphill for about 50 minutes, then 15 minutes of Taebo aerobics and finalize with 15 minutes of abs training and stretching. This I do daily and only skips when very necessary. I also gave up alcohol and do eat healthy diet, my body has noticeably reduced in shape and size. But the most worrying fact is, my weight has increased throughout. I find this strange, what would be the cause, yet I do watch my diet and drinks lots of water.

Answer
Don't worry about your WEIGHT. The scale is not a good indication of HEALTH, just mass. As you exercise you BUILD MUSCLE which weighs more than the same volume of fat. That's why your jeans will fit looser, even though the scale hasn't moved (or in your case has gone up).
