Maintaining weight

Question
At 59, I would like to know, is it easier to maintain a higher weight of 130 lbs compared to 125 lbs?  I have a small frame.

The reason I asked, is because I have not been able to maintain the 125 lbs.

I figure there might have been some studies on that.  I figure if it is easier to maintain a 130 lbs, I will just make the adjustment, maybe it would be less stressful for me.

Any tips will be appreciated.

Answer
Honestly, I don't know. My expertise is in helping overweight people to lose as much fat as possible. Honestly, 5 pounds isn't that much. The human body will fluctuate from 2 to 5 pounds over time (up and down) due to minor changes in diet, exercise, the seasons, or menstrual cycles for women. I wouldn't stress over 5 pounds.
