bloated all the time

Question
hi lawrence, why am i bloated all the time. i take lithium for bipolar disorder. is that's what's making me bloated since lithium is a salt. i did however lose 50 pounds drinking lots of water. but since then it has been hard to get rid of this bloating. do you have any ideas on how to resolve this problem. i would be so thankful if you could help me.

Answer
litium could cause bloating.  50 pounds of weight loss, however, physiologically cannot be all water . Without knowing more about your age, exercise habits and diet, it's virtually impossible to determine "what" the cause of the "bloating" is and how to rectify it.

Many foods (processed carbs, those containing high fructose corn syrup and hydrogonated oils, etc) and all carbonated beverages will cause bloating as will having a diet too low in fiberous, water soluble foods.

I would suggest you read my special report "22 Big Fat Lies Keeping You From The Body You Want" for basic nutrition/weight loss information. You can grab it here: 22 Big Fat Lies
