Getting Off the last few pounds

Question
Hi, I don't know if you can help me but I'll give it a shot. I'm 19 and have been overweight most of my life. Through sessions with a dietician and hard work I was able to lose 130 in a little over two years. I'm proud of my accomplishment and while my body has gone through major changes I still look overweight. While I can hide it with clothes I know it and after losing so much weight I want to be able to enjoy it. I initially thought that it was loose skin but from getting my Body Fat Anaylsis it looks like I can still afford to lose anywhere from 15-30lbs.  I've hit a major plateau though and it's taken me as long to lose these last few pounds as it did the initial 130 and I still haven't gotten very far. I was wondering if you might have some advice on some effective techniques to boost my metablism, build muscle and just lose weight in general. Especially things that I can do at home, like now, when I'm on break and don't have a college gym to go to. Thanks!

Answer
Justin,

Try to include some weight training into you routine.

Pushups, Dips, grab a pair of 10lbs and start doing a crap load of exercises with them...you can also do some squats against the wall, lunges wold be good also...do them in a circuit fashion to get your HR up while doing your exercises.

This will increase your metabolism and tighten up your muscles.

Hope that helps Justin...let me know if you need anything else.

Oh and if you could please rate my response i would appreciate it.

Thanks,
