How long does it take before I start loosing weight
Donna, the answer is simple, yet complicated. It will take as long as it takes you to change your lifestyle from one that supports your excess weight to one that supports health and fitness--which inturn brings about weight loss.
On it's own, phentermine may bring about a few pounds of weight loss, but it isn't real or lasting, the minute the drug is gone and you revert back to your lifestyle that encourages excess weight--it all comes back so you really haven't made any progress, right?
But, if you change your actions, do what I call "Vice Busting" and one at a time gradually change your worst habits that are to blame for the excess weight to healthier ones, before you know it you are changed and your body as well!
