I'm obese. I am leaving in 2 weeks for a missionary school and the first week is none as hell week. This includes lots of running and PT and hiking. Its intense. They only push as far as someone could go but I'm a bit worried.
I have been training for a months and I'm a lot fitter. Is there anything I shouldn't be doing?

Hi, Lou. I think you did a great thing by exercising and getting fitter. I believe stretching and warming up before pushing it hard (getting wherever you need to be within the school a few minutes earlier) will make things much better and will prevent possible injuries.
And... don't try to be overly tough. If you feel that you are at your limit, don't push any further. Don't try to prove anything to anybody except yourself.
