hello
i am 14 and weigh 110 pounds and I am 5'4. I do 500 situps and 100 jumping jacks and joke 2 times around my neighborhood which is shaped like a coldasack. I also do all this everyday and i do one day weights and another day i run for 30 minutes. I alternate days. I have a pretty good figure. but i just want to get my abbs in better shape. do you think doing this will help I am been doing this for like 2 years now. I am in shape. Also can you give me a way to eat better so I don't slow my metabolism down. thanks

Due to your young age, I am going to ask you to defer these questions to your partents. It sounds to me like you are at a healthy weight and maybe taking on some obsessive fitness behaviors. It concerns me. Please focus on being a healthy girl, not a skinny twig who gets sickly. Health is what the importance must be on
