My Liver

Question
hi,I am 22 yr-old man. My BMI is 30. and I got and abdominal USG. My liver is fatty. What can I do for this? I try jogging. I take multivits and aspirin everyday. I have bicuspid aorta with mild insufficiency. thans  a lot.

Answer
30 BMI is high, and your liver is fatty mostly likely because of the foods you eat that got you overweight. You would benefit from having real oatmeal, slow cooked, each morning, eating more fruits and vegetables in your diet, limiting fats and read meats.....I do not think Multivitamins are all that good, they are synthetcially created in a lab, the best thing is to eat the whole foods that contain vitamins and supplement with Juice Plus+, it is about 2-3 extra servings of 17 different fruits/veggies, in capsules, simple and effective, order the Garden and Orchard blend at www.JPSupplement.com and even the Vineyard blend might be inorder for you, it is even more high antioxident berries.

Get the weight off, you are young, it will come off quicky and you will benefit greatly from living fit and healthy the rest of your life. FAST weight loss at www.ViceBusting.tsfl and lasting gradual weight loss at www.ViceBusting.com
