Answer
First of all Maria. Well Done!
Congratulations on being able to lose the first 20 lbs. (I know it's hard! I've been there!)

Your BMI is 27 (Ideally you should be about 25 (152 lbs)

However, you are 15, so you're still growing!

Making sure you have a balanced diet and taking regular exercise will help you to stay fit and healthy. When I say a balanced diet, I don't mean crash dieting because you'll end up putting on more after you've lost the weight.

If you feel that you want to lose weight in order to feel more comfortable with your body shape, try making small, healthy changes to your eating habits and taking more exercise (taking the stairs instead of the lifts, snacking on fruits and nut instead of crisps)

It's a lifestyle change, I know it sometimes feels like forever but picture yourself going shopping with your friends and the great feeling of trying on the clothes and feeling great about yourself!

When you do fancy a kebab or a curry, try eating it earlier at least 4 hours before you go to bed so you can burn it off first!

Hope this helps Maria!
