How do you avoid starving when you are not eating very much?

How do you avoid starving when you are not eating very much?

Eat as many nutrient dense foods as possible. For example, I eat a lot of cheese when I have no appetite because it has a lot of nutrients and calories smashed up into an itty bitty piece. Then if I don't feel like eating much I don't worry that I'm starving. Replacing water with whole milk is good too. Answer dude. this is nearly impossible to not eat and not starve. there is one way but is very expensive and is used sometimes in war when prisoners refuse to eat and will die although you want them alive to give information about the enemy. it is formally called the tube. a pipe or tube is shoved down ones throat and food that looks like baby food because its all mushed up is sent through. i doubt you want to do that because it is very painful.
